More tree canopy for Lafayette and District 45

More sidewalks, bike paths, and pedestrian rights of way , greenways, parks and squares in our neighborhoods to connect us to nature and to each other while increasing safety and recreation.

Increase transit routes, options and alternatives for the district to alleviate traffic, provide more safety by giving people options that aren’t drinking and driving or texting and driving and expensive ubers to go downtown or to the mall and back.

Reconfigure the Rainy Day fund as a Louisiana State Sovereign wealth fund, allow revenues to be invested and managed independently and used for state projects.
